| • Review and U.S. international tax forms 5471, 8858 and other related documents • Co-ordination and completion of tangible and intangible transfer pricing studies • Identify and recommend tax efficient strategies to repatriate foreign earnings • Develop appropriate models to determine Foreign Tax Credit Limitations • Identify planning opportunities concerning hybrid branches, dual consolidated 987 issues • Assist with Federal income tax audits • Design, develop and implement processes as necessary • Manage and train staff |

| Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance Eight years of international tax along with a solid understanding of Federal tax Thorough understanding of out bound transactions and U.S. GAAP |
