Assist with the preparation of Company's financial statements and timely delivery of financial statements to the banks and other external reporting requirements. Interaction with international accounting teams and other Investor Services teams for consolidations and financial reporting

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is primarily responsible for the consolidation of all The Company related entities and funds in accordance with US GAAP. This includes but is not limited to the review of: ? The consolidated balance sheets, cash flows and statement of partners’ capital ? The review of related footnote disclosures that meet the SEC reporting standards for publicly traded companies. ? The position will be responsible for reviewing the consolidated results of Co and its subsidiaries, including reviewing intercompany eliminations ? Preparing / reviewing variance analysis and explanations for the financial statements listed above and communicating results to senior level management for their review. This position will also be responsible for: ? Assisting the Hyperion Systems Manager with the following items: o Testing of application enhancements, modifying / creating new reports as well as various other system testing requirements o Ensure the consolidation system is properly maintained and working effectively (consolidation logic, account / entity hierarchies, intercompany eliminations etc.) o Acting as the technical systems backup (as needed) to load metadata as well as general ledger detail into the consolidation system o Automate reports / processes where applicable in supporting efforts to accelerate the close process ? Maintaining and strengthening internal controls along with the required documentation to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley. This position will report to the AVP Consolidations and Reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 6 – 8 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and / or Consolidations and Reporting, required Big 4 public accounting and corporate accounting experience, preferred ? Familiarity with private equity industry a plus ? Consolidation experience ? Preparation of consolidated financial statements (including cash flows) and footnotes ? Strong organizational skills and attention to details ?
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, required ? CPA preferred GPA over 3.0
