| Summary This position involves quarterly and annual financial/regulatory reporting and the maintaining and tracking of intercompany contracts and charges. The role reports into the North America Controllers Organization and supports the business. Responsibilities Ensure monthly and quarter financial and regulatory reporting and disclosures are prepared accurately and timing. Maintain and track intercompany contracts and charges including researching and investigating them for validity, accuracy and completeness. Perform various accounting tasks in support of the business segment, including: 1) Preparation of financial statements and footnotes for various entities 2) Month-end book and quarterly/annual reporting for companies including involvement in audit financial statements preparation. 3) Preparation of FAS 107 fair value reporting and reconciliation. 4) Maintaining and tracking Intercompany contracts and charges including researching charges and obtaining proper approvals. 5) Perform balance sheet reviews and other reporting. 6) Other miscellaneous reporting. |
