| • Responsible for the timely development and preparation of financial and analysis reports. • Assists in quarterly and annual SEC reporting requirements. • Prepares actual and comparative financials (internal and external) – income statement, statement of cash flows, balance sheet, and statement of shareholders’ equity. • Prepares consolidation entries in SAP-ECCS. • Prepares monthly flash report of sales and EBIT. • Supports and assists with SEC XBRL quarterly filings. • Prepares selected general ledge account analysis. • Prepares internal reporting package. • Prepares various analyses including Cap-Ex, depreciation, DSO, EBITDA, Cash Flow, price/volume analysis. • Prepares support for Footnotes, MD&A, and press releases. • Performs Debt Covenant Calculations/Off balance sheet items. • Responsible for stock-based compensation, hedge, and diluted shares outstanding accounting. |
