| You will be working one to one with the VP of Tax and be their right hand person |

| You will be working in partnership with the VP of Tax to develop an in-house tax department for a newly formed manufacturing conglomerate. Although your main function will be focusing on federal tax, you will have the opportunity to be involved with coordinating domestic and non-US tax accounting requirements of three multi-national consolidated groups with outsourcing partners and external audit firms to satisfy US GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements. Primary Responsibilities Shall Include: • Oversee the federal tax filings • Review and/or prepare necessary forms/schedules/workpapers for filing of the federal income tax. • Review and further develop annual tax reporting package information necessary for federal income tax returns. • Review and/or prepare quarterly estimated federal income tax payments as necessary. • Manage staff and/or outside consultants (and process) in preparation of the federal tax compliance. • Implement and drive tax strategy that will reduce Company’s overall effective tax rate and cash tax rate. • Work with the VP of Tax and financial reporting managers on annual and interim income tax provision. • Manage the IRS income tax audit process. • Liaise with international businesses and resources regarding tax matters, as necessary. |

| • Strong tax technical and communication skills • At least 10 years of federal tax experience • Bachelor Degree in Accounting |
