| MANAGER, FINANCIAL ANALYSIS Competitive Total Comp Package Our Iowa based client is looking for a dynamic leader with a unique mixture of accounting and finance knowledge for a key leadership position. This manager level role requires someone who is customer service oriented, proactive versus reactive, demonstrates excellent communication skills and is a great teacher when it comes to educating others on finance and investment asset concepts. If you want to be a part of a go-to group that is highly respected within the organization, look no further! Key Responsibilities Include: *Tell the "story" on a divisional level and consolidated basis to Sr Management (what happened as it relates to investment income results/portfolio composition changes, and why it happened, essentially) *Complete deliverables associated with SOX controls for quarter-end reporting. purposes *Lead a team of 2-3 direct reports Key Requirements: *Bachelor's in accounting, finance or related field of study *CPA, CFA and/or MBA strongly preferred *Minimum 8 yrs professional experience handling a mixture of accounting, financial reporting and analysis duties *Must have recent experience within investments *Direct report supervisory experience required. *Must be able to negotiate & make winning compromises on information needs & solutions while working closely with different business unit leaders. |
