| Position: Company seeks a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis who is independent, self-motivated, creative, and timely with work. The role supports financial planning and budgeting, understanding of key business drivers, and building complicated financial models and analyses to contribute to large scale business decisions. The position is responsible for creating and reporting financial and operational metrics, along with value-added business analyses. |

| Position Responsibilities: • Support senior and executive staff’s orders to coordinate reporting and planning process. • Consolidate results from multiple strategic business units in a timely and accurate manner. • Build complicated models that provide financial analysis and influence senior leadership’s decisions on key business issues, as well as solution proposals. • Own and maintain revenue recognition models. • Help to create and maintain monthly/weekly reporting including financial statements, KPI reporting, analysis of key business trends, and comprehensive executive level explanations of variances. • Monthly analysis of capital spending, evaluating YTD trends and updating full year outlook. • Develop tools and prepare sophisticated financial models within SAP Business Planning & Consolidation system. • Maintain and manipulate large data sets. Accurately summarize complex issues. • Review, analyze and compare monthly and quarterly department financial results and key performance indicators against internal benchmarks, such as working capital and cash flow analysis. |

| Position Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related major required. MBA strongly preferred. • Minimum 5 years of exceptional work in either financial planning and analysis or general finance. • Experience using enterprise-wide financial planning systems • Strong attention to detail and hands-on mentality. • Computer expertise, especially Excel. • Ability to multi-task large, complicated projects, organize, and prioritize, while paying close attention to details. • Act as an example to team member with efficiency among many functional levels. • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, in order to report analysis to senior levels and team members. |
