| We are seeking an up and coming go-getter to be the Controller for start-up retail company. The Controller will manage closings and implement point of sale and G/L processes. The ideal candidate enjoys being at a start-up for the challenge and dynamic environment. |

| • Perform general accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, and banking • Act as a link across other corporate departments and inter-company transactions • Contribute to the construction and measuring of key performance indicators • Collaborate with management to build and control corporate budgets • Complete month-end close including preparation of financial statements using GAAP • Assist with all year-end and quarterly financial statement and tax activities • Internal point of contact for the quarterly reviews and the annual audit performed by external auditors. |

| • Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related • 5 - 10 yrs experience • Retail experience required • Experience with either foreign exchange, currency conversion, consolidations, inter-company transactions, and/or revenue recognition required |
