| Tax Senior You will be involved in all aspects of the Federal and state tax filings, both C-Corporations and Partnership returns. Job Description: • Calculates deferred tax assets and liabilities and maintains supporting documentation of those items • Assists tax management in quarterly and annual tax provisions • Prepares reports and tracks the changes in deferred tax items • Prepare Federal & State tax for both C-Corporations and Partnership returns • Supervises staff responsible for maintaining tax depreciation and amortization systems • Assists with federal income tax examinations |
