Job Description:
Job Description: - Implement and manage company-wide payroll and related processes. - Manage the transition of payroll from a PEO to in-house using ADP WorkForce 4.0 product. - Lead the execution of weekly payroll. - Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines; ensure reports are accurate and disbursed in a timely manner. - Manage accounting and finance aspects of Worker's compensation including accruals, reporting and audits to ensure accurate and insightful recording of Worker's comp costs. - Continually improve processes to verify a variety of payroll related information for the purpose of ensuring accurate distribution of funds and payroll. - Supervise, mentor and coach Payroll Staff on day to day activities and payroll related tasks, prioritization and work planning. - Develop, implement and generate performance metrics and annual reviews for Payroll personnel. - Create and implement internal controls for department best practices procedures. - Plan and design business processes, workflow mapping, and, system modifications. - Ensure payroll compliance for tax/accounting preparation and nationwide payroll processing. - Coordinate business analyst tasks on information technology projects. Experience: A minimum of five years relevant experience.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: - Five or more years of Payroll experience in an Outsourced Payroll Model
 
Preferred Qualifications: - Managing a relationship with ADP as the outsourced payroll provider - CPP - Supervisory experience
