| We are seeking a Consolidations Manager with 7-10 years of Accounting/Finance experience to work for an outstanding company. The Manager of Consolidations will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate and complete financial reporting by overseeing the Consolidations process. |

| • Manage and provide consistent training and development to the Consolidations Team which is comprised of a Senior Financial Analyst and a Financial Analyst. • Conduct the overall consolidation process of all monthly Actual financial information in Hyperion Financial Management. • Responsible for running of all standard financial reports from Hyperion Financial Management. • Prepare all monthly, quarterly and annual Consolidated Financial Statements.. • Collaborate with the following other Global Finance Functions: FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Corporate Accounting, and External Reporting. • Maintain all Global Consolidation related SOX Controls. • Prepare the Consolidated Statement of Cash Flows, including ensuring that all Non-Cash or Other Required Adjustments are properly recorded. • Assist with the integration for all acquisitions, including providing process and system training/guidance to the respective finance teams. • Prepare annual goals and deliver mid-year reviews and annual performance reviews. |

| • BS in Accounting or related • 7 to 10 years experience in Accounting/Finance • Strong computer/Excel skills and knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management • Strong understanding of Consolidations and the Translation of Foreign Currency Financial Statements. |
