| Looking to lead and deliver quality tax services for our client? As the Tax Director, responsibilities would include helping the organization effectively manage tax risks and liabilities associated with intricate business transactions. As a result, the Tax Director would help the organization improve their internal controls for tax information. Will offer relocation assistance if needed, along with a great compensation package and bonus potential! |

| Additional Responsibilities: -Preparation, analysis, and reporting of tax provisions for IFRS -Direct the preparation and timely filing of federal and state income tax returns -Manages and leads the tax department associates -Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of tax reporting systems |

| Qualifications: -CPA is highly preferred -Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field -Minimum of 7 years of tax experience in the financial services or public accounting -Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP tax accounting principles -Must have strong technical tax experience |
