| We are seeking an Internal Audit Manager with 8+ years of experience to join a Denver based company. The Manager will provide on-site and off-site examinations of financial institution activities to assess and monitor compliance with policies and procedures. Experience in the mortgage industry will be necessary for this Internal Audit Manager role. |

| • Plan, execute, and supervise internal audit • Manage team of 5+ members • Generate reports necessary to identify risk areas and operational effectiveness • Loan file review and/or observation of loan file review activities necessary to assure quality, consistent application, and performance • Deliver quality assurance services and quality communication both internally and externally • Direct communication with the client and mortgage servicers identifying information required and results identified through compliance assessments • Interact with the client on significant technical matters involving mortgage servicing practices |

| • BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration or related • 8+ years of audit, internal audit, independent quality control, or operational controls testing experience. • Experience in mortgage banking with particular focus on default servicing • Must be able to travel 50% of the time. • Strong leadership skills required |
