| We are seeking an Underwriting Due Diligence Manager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving change, adapting, and taking ownership of the process. |

| * Manages a team of residential mortgage underwriters, analysts, and senior analysts assigned to individual diligence review projects * Ensure policies and procedures are being met accurately and reporting meets company standards and contractual requirements * Form internal and external clients relationships to ensure retention, satisfaction, and contractual compliance |
| |
| * BA/BS in Accounting, Business Administration or related * 8+ years of Underwriting Management, Due Diligence Management, or Transaction Management experience * Experience in mortgage banking and loan underwriting required |

| * Previous signing authority of $750,00 or more preferred * DE certification highly preferred |
