| We are seeking an Advisory Manager to have an opportunity to work with Silicon Valley pre-IPO companies implementing SOX. This company offers siginificant work/life balance. |
| |
| • Implement SOX for Pre-IPO companies. • Lead the development, maintaining, and enhancing SOX controls and procedures. • Oversee the documentation and testing of internal controls of the company to comply with the requirements of Sarbanes Oxley Act. • Communicate audit results and prepare written documentation/reports as it relates to SOX • Work closely with the Company’s internal auditors in planning, executing and reporting of operational and financial internal audits. • Manage all phases of SOX testing, including coordination with functional management personnel, and audit personnel. • Identify, evaluate and write up SOX issues as well as making process improvement recommendations. • Develop and implement SOX communication and training plan in line with the strategic and operational goals of the SOX Program.
