| You will be one of the key executives in overseeing all international tax operations, including acquisitions and restructuring |

| Summary: You will be managing the compliance, planning, and the international tax operations for the company. You'll also be working on the audit defense functions for foreign held entities and interacting with foreign controllers and tax personnel in Europe, Latin America and African countries to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Responsibilities: • Manage and perform detailed reviews of the US International tax compliance • Manage and perform detailed reviews of all non-US tax returns • Federal income tax calculation at year end of deferred taxes for the international locations • FIN 48 analyses of foreign operations • Identify and manage the execution of tax planning initiatives and legal entity restructuring • Tax basis and E&P management/reduction strategies; • Modeling of transactions and structuring; • Evaluation of business development opportunities of new acquisitions • Manage the international aspects of the US Federal income tax audits and related Federal audit controversies. • Research and provide oral/written advice to the business on International tax matters. • Participate in acquisition and disposition projects to determine potential Federal and International tax liabilities, exposures and structures for contemplated transactions. • Manage the implementation of the company’s tax strategies and opportunities to reduce the company’s effective tax rate and cash tax liabilities. • Assist in transfer pricing activities |

| • Masters in Tax, MBA and/or CPA • At least 10 years of U.S. International corporate tax • Experience with local foreign taxation • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Demonstrates initiative and effectively identifies and drives problem solving opportunities • Computer experience with emphasis on the ability to model in Excel. • Provision software experience in either CorpTax or One Source • Ability to influence senior management, business partners and key stakeholders • Ability to think and operate at a strategic level • Strong written and verbal communication skills to conduct meetings and discussions with senior management and stake holders |

| • Experience with African and Latin American foreign tax issues. • Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry • Language skills in French and / or Spanish |
