| Are you a solid tax professional ready to take the next step? If you have a solid base in corporate tax with the aptitude of excelling in your career, this is your opportunity. You'll be part of a team in managing the tax accounting for a global leader here in Chicago. You will be covering a wide area; which could include examining the details of an ongoing audit in Nigeria or a Fin 48 exposure in France or the consequences of a state audit. Overall you will have to understand all processes well enough to determine how they fit within the reporting framework for the company. |

| Primary Responsibilities: You will be a key player for the company’s global tax provision and financial statement reporting. Other Duties and responsibilities include: Preparing the annual and quarterly tax provisions and related footnotes ensure compliance with all task-related GAAP and SEC pronouncements, including but not limited to, FAS 109, FIN 48, and FAS 123, monitoring and updating tax-related SOX 404 documentation, |

| Bachelors Degree in Accounting and CPA required. Minimum 5 years overall tax experience and 2 years FAS 109 management experience at a public accounting firm and/or publicly traded corporation. Knowledge of FAS 109 and FIN 48 Knowledge of TaxStream and tax compliance software as well as strong organizational and project management skills |
