Job Description:
The hired candidate will work within the Finance Division and will have responsibility for financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budget preparation for company’s US based bank entity. Job Roles/Responsibilities: Prepare P&L reports for bank and the consolidation of revenue streams from other business units Analyze monthly actual and budgeted expenses with variance explanations where necessary Analyze cost allocations and understand allocation methodologies Prepare/present monthly and quarterly reports for senior Bank managers Develop senior relationships in the organization Coordinate annual and ad-hoc budget and reforecast references processes Understand both short and long term financial impact to the business units of strategies implemented, including service level agreement and vendor contracts Investigate and resolve financial questions from internal clients Liaise with business Unit and Corporate Controllers on financial control issues Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: Relevant Skills/Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Minimum 2 years experience in a related financial analyst role College degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, or related business major Strong documentation skills Familiarity with expense reporting, cost allocations and allocation methodologies Proficiency in Excel, PC related applications and financial systems (Essbase preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills essential
