| Responsible for performing advanced level and/or managerial professional internal audit work as well as managing internal audit staff responsible for auditing multiple lines of business. Supervise operational, financial and compliance audit projects. Provide key input to the development of the annual audit plan and training, coaching and supervision to the audit staff. Oversee the implementation of audit procedures including identifying and defining issues, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting audit processes and procedures. Assists bank leadership in the planning, directing and monitoring of audit operations and has management responsibilities including hiring, training, and performance reviews. |
