| Expectations are 30-50% growth over next 2-3 years due to new services, expanding geographics, and a larger number of referral sources. Executive team is looking for a manager with upside potential to Director who can create a stronger infrastructure to support organic expansion and future acquisitions. |

| Center stage. Inherit a fully staffed and functional team. Turnover is minimum, systems are installed and DSOs are way within an acceptable range. The challenge is the growth that will be steady and require additional staffing as well as assessment of processes, controls, and processes to support new healthcare services and patients. Lead 25-30 in medical billing and staff ensure that accurate submission of all claims and timely collections occurs in accordance with all third party contract terms including, Medicare, managed care, commercial insurance, and direct patient pay. Maintain all billing and financial data, including medical billing code tables, rate schedules and payer information. Analyze reimbursement from all sources, including carrier reimbursement exception reporting and follow up pending claims analysis and denials management. Assure maximization of cash collections through diligent and timely monitoring of all open accounts receivable balances. Prepare detailed analyses and reports of billing and accounts receivable activity and results, including performance matrixes, bad debt expense and AR days outstanding. Manage for continued improvements within the revenue cycle process. |

| BS required. Seek 3+ years as a billing manager or director within a healthcare business with $20+M in revenues. Ideal candidate could come from a hospital, medical roll-up, or healthcare service like LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, or Wellpoint. Experience with XIFIN, MYSIS, or SEACOAST software is ideal. |
