-The Tax Manager will ensure company is in compliance with debt covenants and meets all required bank and private equity entity reporting requirements.
-Oversee all tax related functions and interface with third party tax consultants and services firms.
-Ensure that all income tax returns are filed timely and are subject to appropriate review and analysis.
-Ensure company is in compliance with sales and use taxes in all jurisdictions in which they establish nexus.
-Ensure company is in compliance with all other non-income taxes in all jurisdictions.
-Manage daily cash position and forecasting
-Monitor debt compliance including monthly reporting and analysis
-Provide debt compliance forecasting as required by CFO, VP Finance and third parties.
-Maintain bank accounts and relationships, and analyze bank fees, discounts, prepare analysis and reporting, and attend/assist with any disclosures
-Ensure timely and accurate payment of all tax liabilities
-Process all EFT tax payments and wires
-Perform lease vs. buy analyses
-The Tax Manager should have 5+ years of Tax Compliance Experience/ Manager Experience OR 4+ Year Tax Senior looking to jump to Manager
-Assertive, good problem-solving skills
-Proficient with an ERP System(JD Edwards, Oracle, etc.)
-Advanced Microsoft Excel user (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
-Advanced Financial Analysis abilities
