JOB DESCRIPTION

Client is looking for candidates out of Audit & Transaction Advisory/M&A practices, preferably in the BIG 4, travel up to 40%, MBA & CPA preferred, open to industry experience, may provide small relo to out of town candidates, Sr up to $90K, managers up to $120K, Sr Manager up to $165K, Director up to $230K (bonuses at each level, opportunity for equity at Managing Director level)

Our Accounting & Transaction Services practice prepares companies to go public, assists with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and helps organizations navigate periods of complex change.

You will provide financial advisory and IPO readiness support across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, energy, retail, and technology. Our solutions help clients develop and implement strategies and plans to manage growth, achieve compliance, and transform business operations.

  Serve as a member of our leadership team by playing a key role in growing our business, developing new service offerings, mentoring junior staff, building teams and delivering outstanding client service

Lead projects that cover areas such as IPO preparation, technical accounting and reporting support, audit readiness, transaction services, and internal control (Sarbanes-Oxley) compliance, among others.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred

CPA desirable

 3+ years of experience working with clients as an external auditor or related consultant within Big 4 public accounting or multinational consulting firm strongly preferred 

Knowledge of Tier 1 accounting packages (Oracle, SAP, and PeopleSoft) preferred. 

Proficient in fundamental accounting with significant experience in advanced accounting concepts such as SEC reporting, audit readiness, and Sarbanes-Oxley required. • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and reporting processes and ability to make improvement recommendation required.

 Must be flexible for travel.
