Your primary responsibilities as Senior International Tax Analyst will include supporting key strategic and value-driving planning initiatives undertaken by the Tax department, ongoing and continuing maintenance of the company's annual deferral position, pro-actively looking to utilize company attributes, supporting the company's annual compliance process (i.e. Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, etc.), assisting with the annual provision process, and providing assistance with respect to the day-to-day international issues that surface.
• 4+ years of related professional experience • BA/BS degree in Accounting or equivalent: CPA or advanced degree a plus • Specific knowledge of US international tax rules including but not limited to: all aspects of subpart F income (e.g. FBCSI, FPHCI, etc.) section 956, sections 901-904
Skills: • Critical thinking skills are required • Ability to work in a flexible team environment required • Strong Microsoft Office skills are required • Knowledge of OneSource or TaxStream strongly preferred • Strong oral and written and presentation communication skills required Special Requirements: • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally is required
