JOB DESCRIPTIONOur client is looking for a Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join their team. This is a small company of around 10 people. This position will report directly to the Owner of the company. The candidate will be responsible for all bookkeeping duties including: a/r, a/p, general ledger, trial balance and financial statements. The candidate will also handle all facility related management, ordering of supplies, answering of the phone and other duties as required by the company.
* 5+ years experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping * Associates degree in Accounting/Finance. Will consider experience over degree requirement as well * Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
* Understanding of Mac systems a plus * Knowledge of Quickbooks or Peachtree
