Purpose To provide decision-making support in the form of financial and management operational analysis to the Bus and Supply Chain. The position also helps support the Company's financial forecasting, budgeting and business development activities. Essential Job Function : Reporting and analyzing monthly Business Unit global sales : Assist with the reporting and analysis of operating expenses : Assist with the reporting and analysis of quarterly forecasts and the annual budget for the operational areas : Maintain SAP as required for global quarterly forecast and annual budget input : Maintain the business intelligence cost center manager-reporting tool : Assist in the preparation and analysis of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) : Assist in Board slide presentations as needed : Assist in return on investment analysis : Assist in post-implementation audit of significant projects
Requirements Bachelor degree is required, preferably in the field of Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred. 3-5 years experience Data Analysis/Interpretation: Ability to convert general data and findings into applied, specific information and suggestions that add value to business planning. Financial Analysis Knowledge: Knowledge and application of the principles of financial analysis and capital project justification. Financial Analysis: Ability to perform financial analyses to assist in exploring strategic options, develop creative solutions to complex business issues, and support decision-making. This includes the ability to perform unique analyses that require the application of financial and non-financial concepts and tools (e.g., NPV, IRR, Discounted Cash Flow, statistical analyses, contribution, economic analyses, loss projection, exposure analysis, risk assessment, implications to strategic position). Knowledge Innovation and Methodologies: Ability to generate innovative approaches to supporting the Company's BU's / functions and forward thinking by assessing current best practices and adapting them to fit Company needs.
