JOB DESCRIPTION

You will lead the U.S. International Tax Planning and Advisory group by providing guidance on tax issues and developing strategies which will involve transactional planning and related supply chain. You will provide research and analysis on complex and comprehensive US International tax issues. Develop projects on dividend planning and improvements for technical and tax processes. In addition, you’ll serve as the liaison with Treasury on funding and cash management. Actively involved with controls in support of annual year-end financial statement audits (IRS) and tax positions. Areas which are critical to this position include: Mergers and Acquisitions – Evaluates tax impact on proposed Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, Global Tax & Trade areas and provide related strategic tax advice on organizational and operational structures which may include implementation, integration, and post-acquisition/divestiture. IRS Audit - Work with tax team to develop and present strategies and arguments for tax appeals negotiations with auditors. Risk Management – Guide the development, maintenance and update control procedures and process documentation for federal tax filing positions. US International Research and Planning – You will perform research and analysis on complex and comprehensive US International tax issues. Assists in the preparation of technical tax elections and disclosures. Lead projects on dividend planning and improvements of the technical and tax processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors and advance degree in tax At least 8 years of international tax experience with an emphasis on planning
Education: Bachelor's
