JOB DESCRIPTIONSenior Client Analytics Specialist The Firm Analytics area assumes responsibility for client and sales analysis, marketing program analysis, financial analysis and branch locations. The Client Analytics Specialist plays a key role within Firm Analytics by providing data and analysis to support firm initiatives and improve client understanding. Key Responsibilities: : Identify, interpret and integrate statistical analysis of client data to support business decisions regarding firm initiatives : Collaborate with various business leaders to analyze relevant client data and to develop self-service end user reports as needed : Analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs to refine future efforts : Query data warehouse to access appropriate information : Develop a strong understanding of the various product types offered and how each fits within an individual investor's needs : Communicate across a wide range of audiences with specialized subject matter expertise including data providers, marketing leaders, product leaders, financial advisors, and technology professionals
3+ years general business experience in marketing, finance, data analytics, or information systems fields : Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, or information systems strongly preferred : Strong analytical thinking and statistical skills required : Ability to develop a strong understanding of the organization's business model and how marketing programs contribute to profitability Technical proficiency in the following: : An understanding of relational database architectures and data elements : Writing queries in Microsoft Access (SQL and Hyperion preferred but not required) : Microsoft Excel - experience using pivot tables, formulas, macros, charts/graphs : Strong project management with the ability to formulate, define and execute requirements and objectives based on user needs and understanding of business processes
