JOB DESCRIPTIONThis role manages analytical support and preparation of discussion materials for senior management for strategic decision making and execution related to the business unit. The role is responsible for shaping analytics and reporting, fulfilling both internal management and partner needs. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage strategic financial analysis and modeling providing management insights to drive the business • Oversight of senior level analytical reports, turning management concepts into executive level discussion materials • Responsible for coordination between Finance and business functions to ensure all corporate reporting deadlines are achieved • Provide thought leadership around ad-hoc analysis, using multiple sources of information or data to frame key issues and trends for management and identify business opportunities and risk • Monitor, communicate, and manage Regulatory deliverables and timelines • Coordinate end-to-end the Finance departments production and communication of results for the Capital Analysis and Review • Manage adhoc analysis as requested
• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 8-10 years of management experience • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills- role is required to be able to present themes in a concise manner to senior management • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel • Attention to detail and accuracy extremely important • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines • Ability to build relationships both within a workgroup and across operational departments • Ability to stay organized and work effectively with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines • Proactive self starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task under tight deadlines
Strong FP&A background combined with a top 25 MBA is highly desired.
