Business has had sustained growth and wants to double to $400M by 2018 through a combination of product innovation, acquisitions & JVs, international growth, and channel expansion of both B2B and B2C products. OPPORTUNITY: Seek a proactive, strategic thinking leader with a hands-on, value adding personality. Report to CEO and BOD, partner across entire organization, customers, and 3rd party resources. Role will have a strong balance of strategic and tactical components. Challenges are to partner on road map and execution to double revenues over next 4 years. Be responsible for all finance and IT functions and be supported by a talented team of professionals. Key areas of responsibility and contributions are as follows: • Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Develop short and long range plans that parallel business goals. Make recommendations concerning business policy, resource allocation, and business operations to improve financial performance. Lead annual budgeting process; own short term forecasting and key performance metrics • Operational Accounting & Finance: Be actively involved on margin management, operating expenses, new product development costs, pricing of significant contracts, key business metrics (e.g. inventory shipped, revenues by country) • Acquisitions: Partner on the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and integration of acquisition and JV targets. • Global Business Advisory: Be the business advisor to SBUs on all matters that potential impact B/S & P/L. This could include margins, vendor contracts, inventory control, capital expenditures, e-Business, etc. • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Ensure the integrity and timeliness of global consolidations, financial break outs, and MD&A commentary. • Treasury: Develop and maintain working relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investment firms; maintain financial contracts and negotiate company financings; administrate cash and risk management, • Information Technology & E-Business: Through the IT Director, identify opportunities to utilize IT to support strategic growth and provide value-adding customer interfacing. • Business Administration: Be responsible for internal and external audits, tax compliance and strategy, commercial insurance, and various legal matters.


MBA, CPA or CMA required. Ideal candidate will have 15+ years of business experience and currently be employed by a multi-plant global manufacturer with revenues over $300M. Finalists will come from best practices setting and have a strong operational background.
