You'll be the lead in overseeing the tax function for this multi-national corporation. You'll work directly with the Treasurer and meet monthly with the CFO.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities Include: • Oversee the global tax compliance and planning. • Prepare and submit timely US corporate tax filings. Prepare annual corporate income tax provision. • Work with domestic and foreign entities on compliance with all tax related filings including federal, foreign and state income and non-income taxes. • Maintain work papers for US tax filings and document all significant global tax positions taken; oversee international income tax audits • Actively develop and implement appropriate and effective global tax planning strategies which will involve acquisitions and divestitures; complete necessary earnings and profit as well as tax basis studies to support tax planning transactions • Development and implementation of tax strategies related to business acquisitions and divestitures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance • At least 7 years of corporate tax experience • Experience with the Tax Provision (ASC 740) • Ability to travel as needed, less than 15%
Preferred Qualifications: • Masters in Taxation and / or CPA a plus.
