Global Bank Seeks accomplished professional to join their team as a VP, PMO, Enhanced Prudential Standards. The VP will lead key programs related to Dodd Frank and emerging risk management requirements, mainly Enhanced Prudential Standards, and ensure complete program execution within the scope, budget and timeline set forth by management.
Responsibilities: - Develop internal dialogue amongst business stakeholders to devise Enhanced Prudential Standards framework that meets all Dodd Frank requirements. Guide program execution through interaction with other Program Owners/Project Managers across all functions (Operations, Technology, Compliance, audit, etc) -Produce executive-level reporting for various management bodies, including status documentation and packaging of evidence/artifacts - Assist in the identification, escalation and resolution of issues and risks that rise from program conception and execution processes. - Develop program budget, timeline of milestones and cross-business communications outlining program requirements, activities and stakeholder expectations to ensure smooth execution of program. - Assess program plans and progress; collect, consolidate and review status and related reporting in an accurate, timely and comprehensive fashion - Assist Stakeholders in validation process to ensure evidence gathered during program conception and resulting deliverables are logical, structured and complete to set an example for Program Managers and Owners by program management best-practices in accordance with company policies a cross functional, end-to-end basis - Develop relationships across all functions to effectively perform Workstream duties
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Technology or related field, Master's degree preferred. -Minimum 6-10 plus years related experience supporting program management in compliance, technology, risk management or operations functions. - Experience with a large global organization with diverse regulatory requirements from multiple, international supervisory agencies. - Outstanding program management and planning disciplines - Outstanding communication (oral and written) skills - Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (Pivot table knowledge preferred), and Microsoft Project - Experience working on projects inclusive of Stress testing, CCAR, or other quantitative regulatory reporting concepts is a plus
