Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Senior Analyst will focus on managing expenses, providing value added analysis and creating new analysis models, supporting investment decisions for various HR functions as well as partner with the client to drive financial transparency. Qualified candidates must be analytical, self-motivated and have solid financial reporting and planning experience.
 
Job Description:
-Act as a full financial manager for designated business areas -Process and Manage monthly close for areas of responsibility -Provide financial and operational reporting for expenses (e.g., Variance analysis including identifying key business drivers, monthly/quarterly financial reviews reconciliations and progress reports, etc.) -Compile, monitor and analyze key business metrics -Establish relationships with key business contacts (i.e. the client) -Work with business units to develop operating and capital budgets and financial projections for areas of responsibility -Participate in the development of financial presentations for Executive Management, both on a regularly scheduled and ad-hoc basis
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: -BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required -Minimum of 5 to7 years of related experience -Demonstrated understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting standards. -Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills required -Strong written and interpersonal communication skills are essential -Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks are required -Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated -Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams or independently -Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel(Macros a plus), PowerPoint & Word; Access database skills a plus -Proficiency in SAP or similar system is helpful
