The Private Banking Branch Manager serves as the liaison between VIP clients and the Bank to ensure unprecedented service to foster lifetime partnerships and is responsible to provide innovative solutions and exceed client expectations for a world class experience every time. The Private Banking Branch Manager actively takes part in or controls the revenue generation process at the department level.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Private Banking Branch Manager will be responsible to adhere to department set standards of service by performing the following responsibilities: • Local client site traveling • External business development and client networking • Open new accounts • Frequent Client / Bank event assistance to develop positive rapport • Cross sell other bank Products & Services • Answer incoming calls / email / fax / voicemail within department standards inquiries and research requests • Process transactions such as transfers, wire requests • Client notifications such as EIM, large item verification and Return Deposited items • Verification of Deposit/Credit ratings • Client supply orders (checks/deposit slips/endorsement stamps) • Daily Client outreach to ensure client satisfaction • Assist client with new product and services • Support setups of all additional product and services • Account Maintenances providing daily deliverables & follow-up • Prepare and process account changes • Record and post meeting minutes • Prepare weekly tracking reports for Manager • Update client portfolio and files to ensure file accuracy and completeness • Office supply orders • Audits and monthly certifications • Miscellaneous tasks – addenda, billings, deficit balance reporting • Support other departments for client servicing to ensure timely completion

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: Preferred: Undergraduate College/University Degree or + 5 years Branch Management and/or Sales/ Service Leader experience Minimum: Undergraduate College/University Degree or equivalent + 3 years Branch Management and/or Sales/Service Leader experience SKILL REQUIREMENTS: - Sales and Service Management (Expert) - Business Acumen and Financial Literacy (In-depth) - Decisiveness (Expert) - Performance Management (Expert) - People Development (In-depth) - Customer Focus (Expert) - Communication (Expert) - Relationship Building (Expert) - Personal Effectiveness (Expert) - Risk & Compliance Management (Expert).
