Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: • Lead in the analysis, design, and implementation of new functionality of HR, Talent Management,Recruiting and miscellanous other business systems. This includes: • Consulting with business area leaders and end users • Documenting and communicating functional requirements to IS determining appropriate uses of the systems to meet user's needs • Coordination of system testing and user acceptance • Development of user training material • Transfer of knowledge to end users • Provide support and administration, including technical configuration of HR, Talent Management and Recruiting systems • Evaluate, analyze and recommend improvements and changes to current system functionality
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: Primary Qualifications: Position Requirements: • Minimum 3 years experience in HR related systems functional support and enhancement development • Minimum 3 years experience in business process reengineering, procedures development and documentation, and system related project leadership • Strong analytical, process mapping, and procedural documentation skills • Requires knowledge of and practical application of testing methodologies and experience • 4 yr college degree preferred • PeopleSoft HR experience preferred • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Decision making ability
