JOB DESCRIPTION

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated balance sheets, income statements, cash flows and other management reports. Perform operational and financial analysis as required using Oracle HFM. Assist in the preparation and review of consolidating entries and overall financial statement presentation with a special focus on assessing deviations from expectations. Assist in SEC reporting and XBRL on a quarterly and annual basis, including Form 8K, Form 10Q, Schedule 14A (Proxy) and Form 10K. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : Prepare monthly world-wide financial statement consolidation, including required consolidation entries for global view, regional view, and business unit reporting. : Reconcile and review activity in Stockholders' Equity, including analysis of pension, CTA and mark-to-market securities. : Primary preparation and ownership of technical research on the Consolidated Cash Flow statement and analysis of Cash Flow Other activity. : Cross-train to support the other senior accountant position in the group, including preparation of the consolidated income statement and focus on stock-based compensation calculation. : Assist the tax department and others in completing intra-company liquidations and transactions that are based on a legal entity structure. : Detailed analysis of the balance sheet account activity and analytical review and research around monthly activity. : Assist with the preparation of purchase accounting entries related to acquisitions. : Ability to appropriately consider and analyze multi-currency information. : Perform ad hoc requests as needed including costs analysis, functional analysis, bridges to various base scenarios including Plan, Forecast, Prior Year, etc. : Support the external SEC filing process by preparing various footnotes, earnings release review, and XBRL tagging. : Prepare various Powerpoint presentations used for executive/BOD meetings and quarterly analyst earnings release calls, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors in Accounting 3 to 4+ years of experience in accounting in addition to Accounting degree, Big Four preferred. ERP experience preferred. Experience in multi-currency consolidation beneficial. Excellent pc and Microsoft Excel skills, strong communications and analysis skills required. Ability to interact successfully with multi-cultural finance organization. Ability to interact with executive management. CPA required.
Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree+ Big 4+ SAP and Hyperion experience preferred.
