Our client is an extremely stable bank; the majority of senior management has been there over fifteen years. The bank has a very customer centric culture; very team oriented; looking for a “we” not a “me” person. During the last year, a long time employee was promoted to President. He is committed to investing in the bank with new products and technology. This position reports to the President and is open due to a retirement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the trust officer, you will over see the management of a very large custody account, a large retirement plan, and a few personal trust accounts. You will have an understanding of investments; have ideas on competitive products; and network in the community to grow the personal trust accounts. You will have five employees reporting to you and have bottom line responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

Our client is interested in trust professionals with a bachelor’s degree. Trust and investment experience is a must.
Preferred Qualifications: A CPA or CTFA certification is a plus. Management / team lead experience is desirable.
