JOB DESCRIPTIONIn the role, the primary responsibility is to manage and direct the daily work activities of the recruiting team. As the Business Development / Recruiting Director, responsibilities would include overseeing the recruitment of financial representatives, conducting due diligence on all recruits, preparing business presentations, and attending networking events. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business related field - Minimum of 7 years of sales and / or recruiting experience in the financial services industry - Must have Series 7 license OR the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire - Ability to mentor, lead, and motivate a sales team
