| We have an ideal opportunity for the financial oriented Analyst that is excited by the ability to impact the strategic and pricing direction of a company. Working closely with the sales and marketing leadership team, this individual will use their skills to aid in the development and execution of the strategic plan as they grow the business, scale operations and maximize profitability. Essential job functions will require you to use quantitative skills to partner with the Leadership team on analysis of information and data. You will create databases of market and competitive intelligence to develop pricing models (using regression analytics) that will be utilized to make recommendations on strategic pricing decisions to profitably grow the business. You will manage customer pricing on bid and run rate business to grow the business and maximize profitability, in alignment with overall corporate strategic objectives. You will provide deal structure expertise to improve win rates while mitigating business/financial risk. You will partner with the Sales VP to explain performance drivers and variances to budget on a regular basis and with the sales team on funnel management to identify new strategic opportunities and ensure we have action plans in place to partner with the Architect &Design teams or dealers as appropriate. In this role you will maintain focus on both a three year strategic planning horizon, while also identifying opportunities or shortfalls to plan for current quarter and current year. You will also Contribute to the control environment and adhere to control objectives; develop a process for ensuring compliance to pricing policy once developed and communicated. Experience required for this key opportunity include a 4 year degree required (MBA strongly preferred), 8+ years experience financial modeling and analysis experience (preferably in a sales or marketing setting) and proficiency at advanced MS Office applications. Additional Skills and Abilities include: * Demonstrated strong financial modeling proficiency (MS Excel, Monte Carlo, Database development) * Demonstrated business partnership and customer facing communication skills * Demonstrated ability to come up with creative solutions to problems and strategic initiatives. * Demonstrated ability to be highly organized with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks. * Ability to influence and adapt to continuous improvement driven change. * Demonstrated ability to communicate at a detailed technical level and also at the Executive level. |
