| This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative, cutting edge special asset department. Instead of the normal “cut, slash and burn” liquidation approach to work out my client prefers to rehabilitate troubled bank relationships and do so in a humane way. This bank is well capitalized and its special asset portfolio is very manageable. |

| • Collaborate frequently with Special Asset Director to structure optimum approaches and strategies for individual workouts. • Assure timely resolution of all workouts. • Document and recommend appropriate modifications to risk ratings based upon collateral and credit weaknesses. • Acquire and assess updated Borrower/Guarantor credit reports, background checks, and other data pertinent to loan Borrower/Guarantor's evaluation. • Evaluate Borrower/Guarantor cash flow, personal financial status, utilized and available credit, tax returns, etc. • Order collateral property valuation in a timely manner to determine accurate collateral margin for reporting purposes. • Work with the Special Asset Director and/or credit team as appropriate to timely document action plans and loan status analysis. • Generate working action plans with result specific concise points. • Communicate with assigned bank counsel and be at ease dealing with bank clients under adversative circumstances. • Negotiate credit modification terms and obtain compulsory approval to document terms in accord with the bank’s credit risk mitigation criteria. Modification terms may include fee collection, repayment terms, pricing rate changes, new money requests liquidation options, and addition of collateral. • Present modification or forbearance requests to the Special Asset Director and/or correct committee/panel for approval. • Communicate with Borrowers/Guarantors to ascertain specific credit weaknesses while also requesting detailed information for internal bank analysis. • Recommend specific loan loss reserves when necessary to do so. |

| • Knowledge of commercial and consumer lending as well as overall bank credit and risk management functions. • Minimum of 5 years experience in loan workout • Special Assets experience with familiarity in consumer lending, conventional small business lending loan servicing or loan documentation is essential. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business or aligned fields or equivalent experience. |
