| The Tax Accountant is responsible for preparation and/or review of US federal/ state/ local and Non-US tax compliance analysis, and provides support for federal, state and/or local audits. The accountant also assists in tax planning projects, preparing income tax provision calculations, and teams with other tax department personnel and/or external consultants on special projects as needed ?Prepare and/or review US and foreign tax compliance analysis ?Prepare tax provision calculation consistent with FASB ASC740, formerly FASB 109 ?Prepare FIN48 calculation, Uncertain Tax Position as it relates to tax provision and compliance ?Prepare and/or review Personal Property Tax return ?Prepare transfer pricing calculation and invoices ?Assist with various tax audits and government information requests and notices ?Assist in tax planning projects ?Perform ad hoc analysis for tax issues to support management inquiries, and other tax regulatory projects as requested |

| ?Bachelor degree in a Business related field ?2+ years working experience in a public accounting firm or corporate accounting department or tax department ?2+ years of experience working with Excel |

| ?2+ years of experience in income tax compliance and income tax provision ?Accounting or Finance Bachelor's degree ?Experience with One-Source ?CPA is a plus |
