Our firm has been engaged to identify and recruit a bank operations professional to join an outstanding management team committed to exceptional customer service and prudent growth. As part of the management team of this company, you will enjoy the pride of affiliation that comes from being an integral part of service to the businesses and individual customers in the bank’s service footprint. Must be able to plan, organize and execute daily operations with an eye on future needs and achieving operational and budgetary goals. This individual must have solid leadership, influencing and presentation skills and the ability to connect with employees at all levels. Must also have solid verbal and written skills. |
