Join the Consumer Credit Solutions (CCS) and Customer Experience team helping to define how we engage our customers in both mature and emerging digital channels.
JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsible for developing mobile and social marketing innovation, strategy and execution in support of the Consumer Credit Solutions (CCS) business, including Direct Auto Loans, Student Loans, Credit Card, Rewards, and Personal Loans & Lines of credit. Will be responsible for: Developing a customer centric mobile & social marketing strategy for CCS, driving increased customer engagement & business value. Identifying mobile & social marketing experimentation/learning plan that drives business results and bringing to market in partnership with the CCS online marketing manager. Partnering with the CFS Digital Payments team to support product launches and pilots from a marketing perspective. Managing the current social channel. Identifying innovative new concepts. Representing CCS on the Social Media Action Committee.
7+ years Banking or Financial Services experience 5+ years experience developing strategy, roadmaps and business cases Demonstrated success articulating marketing strategy and translating it into action/results Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a matrix organization Strong influence skills. Ability to engage channel & LOB management to create buy-in for goal setting & strategy/tactic developmentEnd-to-end thinking Experience in the mobile and social channel marketing space, specifically within Financial Services, includes connectivity to the external social/mobile environment, as related to CCS Trus team player/leader and contributor 8+ years experience in product management and/or digital media such as on-line, mobile or social media.
