| • Underwrite/analyze financial data Commercial Business relationships with credit exposure of up to 1.5 million. • Gathers historical business financial analysis and cash flows, including customer contact (CFO’s, Owners, Accountants) • Thorough study of financial statements (business and personal) • Building a global cash flow analysis. • Identify SBA opportunities • You will be given authority to write recommendations and make final decisions a graduating lending limits • You will be asked to propose alternative structures and overall assessments to management • You will have the opportunity to mentor and assist credit analysts and junior team members Located near : NJ Turnpike and Route 130 Within 25 miles of: South of Bordentown Township East of Philadelphia Mt. Laurel, Medford Cherry Hill Haddonfield Voorhees Pennsauken Camden Burlington Township Gloucester Township, NJ |

| • 5 years in banking with 2 plus years in an underwriting • Experience must be in commercial loans, lines of credit, term loans (NOT Real Estate, construction or mortgage) • Experience must include but not limited to loans up to 1million in size • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, analytical, time management and decision-making skills • SBA experience very helpful |
