| Kansas City based company is hiring for their next Tax Manager. This role reports to the Director of Tax and is viewed as bench strength for future promotional opportunities in the near future. Relocation assistance is approved for this role. |

| You will be working with a collaborative team of tax specialists responsible for the coordination, execution and review of the FAS 109 financial tax reports, and the US partnership and corporate filings. The company is looking for someone that has remained current with tax technology tools and has experience on both the accounting/provisions and compliance disciplines of corporate tax. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper application of compliance tax laws and procedures; including calculations, disclosures and elections. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper application of SFAS 109 and other accounting pronouncements; including the accuracy and completeness of calculations and disclosures. The successful hire will take ownership of their role, can work independently and can manage to internal and external due dates. |

| Qualifications- -5+ years corporate tax experience coming from public accounting and/or corporate tax departments -CPA preferred -Prior supervisory experience -Prior use of tax software |
