| Our client, a cross-platform media brand, producer and owner of content, seeks an Assistant Controller. The company creates and manages several global television program franchises and owns an extraordinary portfolio of intellectual assets that are amongst the most licensed creative properties in history. |

| Responsibilities: • Manage the Company’s corporate accounting and reporting function, including monthly financial close and lender reporting: • Prepare monthly consolidation • Review subsidiary operating results • Prepare management and lender monthly reporting packages, including Management’s Discussion and Analysis of operating results (MD&A) • Preparation of quarterly lender submissions including compliance testing and management representations • Responsible for preparation of “SEC Compliant” quarterly and annual financial statements. • Acquisitions – Manage acquisition accounting and valuation process. • Be a key liaison with the outside auditors • Ensure proper application of generally accepted accounting principles, including accounting technical research and documentation. • Maintain and review appropriate levels of internal controls. Maintain documentation of accounting policies • Manage a staff including corporate office accounting functions and act as Liaisons to the various divisional accounting teams. |

| • 7-10 years of accounting experience, including some public accounting experience. • Accounting degree required. • CPA required. • SEC reporting experience is preferred. • Confidence and experience working in an acquisitive environment. • Strong computer skills. • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills. • Solid communication and writing skills. |
