| Our client, located in the 95/128 area, is a successful manufacturing/distribution company with operations in North America and Europe. They have asked us to assist them with the recruitment of a Collections Specialist. This position will participate in the credit collections team in support of the US customer base. They would like to find someone who can hit the ground running and isn’t afraid to be hands on. We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following criteria: Job Responsibilities: • Provide support to all areas of the sales department • Establishing and maintaining customer credit • Resolve all cash application discrepancies • Research, analyze, diagnose, and resolve credit issues • Make collection calls on a daily basis • Work and facilitate relationships with other areas of the company including sales, service and accounting • Update and maintain the receivables database by entering collection notes, ratings and other information necessary Job Qualifications • 3+ years experience • Associates degree or higher level of education • Ability to act decisively on collections issues • Ability to research and resolve issues • Ability to multi task • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong customer relations skills • Strong understanding of MS Office products and other systems |
