Their standard expectation for full-time maangers is 2350 hours (well below the industry norm), but they have also hired people who needed alternative schedules anywhere from 1600-2180 hours to give them the flexibility they require. They also offer a high potential track to partner for somebody who is interested in that track as they are going through succession planning into the third generation.
