| General The people in these positions will be involved with multiple projects, and have the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge of company's operations, global financial reporting and accounting policies. The Global Reporting & Strategic Projects Accounting Supervisor & Manager will be involved in oversight of the global reporting process, technical accounting research, IFRS conversions, and strategic projects. This is a highly visible role within the finance team that will be involved in a wide range of strategic projects supporting the Controller and CFO. This person in this position has potential for professional growth, increasing responsibility, and exposure to all levels of financial management. Responsibilities Conduct analysis and develop presentations for senior management Execute projects of a financial and strategic nature Monitor, analyze and interpret global reporting requirements Point of contact for global reporting with multiple international internal and external stakeholders Develop standardized documentation templates, financial statement formats, and disclosures Perform technical accounting research and prepare documentation outlining conclusions Assess and document the impact transactions have on subsidiaries and parent company Special strategic projects as assigned by senior leadership Some domestic and international travel may be required |

| Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA or equivalent professional certification Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and external financial reporting requirements, IFRS experience is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills to develop support and engagement from various stakeholders Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under time constraints and meet deadlines that come with being involved in a high performance, change-oriented team Excellent planning skills, organized and thorough, with the desire for continuous improvement Strong initiative and problem solving skills necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing environment Depending on successful candidate's level of experience and requirements of specific projects, may supervise internal and/or external advisor colleagues' work Ability to interact with the executive level |
