| As the Manager of Internal Audit (Compliance), the main responsibility will be to oversee preparation, execution, and analysis of company-wide compliance audits. The Manager of Internal Audit (Compliance) will be developing internal staff, preparing the annual audit plan and risk assessment, and maintaining a strong relationship with peers throughout the organization and industry. |

| - Must have CRCM, CPA and / or CIA - Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree - Minimum of 5 years of auditing experience (internal or external) |
