| As Vice President of Tax you will be the key executive in overseeing all U.S. and international tax operations for this publicly-held billion dollar manufacturer. Our Client is profitable, carries little debt and is growing around the world. |

| Summary: In the Vice President of Tax role you will be strategizing with senior management and outside consultants on lowering the ETR worldwide, our client has over 50 business units located in the U.S. and on every continent in the World. In addition you'll be responsible for setting corporate tax policy that insures compliance with all foreign, federal, state and local tax statutes and regulations. You'll coordinate the general ledger, accounting and financial reporting of tax activities in compliance with ASC 740. A key element for the success of this position is to communicate effectively with corporate executives and operations personnel. Key Responsibilities of Vice President of Tax: • Manage and perform detailed reviews of the US and International tax compliance • Manage and perform detailed reviews of non-US tax returns • Oversee the U.S. and non-U.S. (Global) provision. • Identify and manage the execution of tax planning initiatives and legal entity restructuring • Tax basis and E&P management/reduction strategies; • Modeling of transactions and structuring; • Evaluation of business development opportunities of new acquisitions • Manage the international aspects of the Federal income tax audits and related controversies. • Participate in acquisition and disposition projects to determine potential Federal and International tax liabilities, exposures and structures for contemplated transactions. • Manage the implementation of the company’s tax strategies and opportunities to reduce the company’s effective tax rate and cash tax liabilities. |

| • Bachelor's degree in accounting • Masters degree in taxation or its equivalent • CPA • 12+ years experience in a related position with an emphasis on taxation of a diversified multinational publicly-held corporation. • Current or prior Big 4 Public accounting experience |
